  GO ELSEWHERE...July 2025 I took my Jeep to get my tires rotated because it was included with my purchase plan. The manager looked out the window at my Jeep and said that the tires I had purchased from TK couldn't be rotated because of the size. I said I had bought the tires from TK at their suggestion and had my tires rotated at multiple locations. I stated this was the only TK that had ever turned me away and he could look at my history on the computer to verify what I was saying. He then stomped out the door with a tire measurement tool and said that I didn't have enough tread on my tires for the "rainy season". Therefore they could not rotate the tires. (depth of 7 and 8) He said it was a corporate policy. I was told I had to wait until after "rainy season to get tires rotated. I asked when would that be. The agitated manager asked me in an aggressive manner, "Just how long have you lived in Florida?". There is no such policy. And my tires were far from needing to be replaced. I became concerned for the elderly population in the area and someone trying to convince them about a "rainy day" policy on tires and faux tread depth issues to get them to purchase tires. After I called their corporate office, the District Manager called me back and was a jerk. He had to admit there was not "rainy day" corporate policy and that my tires did have more than enough tread according to the measurements.

  Jon and Yaya had both assisted me by either scheduling my appointment and/or doing the actual work to repair my tire and installing it. I waited in their waiting room, but barely got any work done before my truck was ready. The waiting room was quit, so I stayed an additional 4 hours to get work done. Over those 4 hours, I kept hearing both Jon and Yaya work with each customer as if they were family! Both of them were extremely professional and courteous with every customer that walked in the door, to the point that I asked Yaya if one of them was the owner or manager of the store. If Jon and Yaya continue to provide customer service like I witnessed today, they will both be successful in any field they choose. And to the owner of the Tire Kingdom on Main Street in Dunedin, you better do what you can to keep these two on your staff! I will be back for certain!

  The worse customer service was displayed by the supervisor. I arrived with a flat tire and he refused to take the time to look at it. While I was pulling out of their parking lot, he left for the day. He didn't want to be bothered. I had my toddler and special needs son in the car. I had to drive away with my tire completely flat. Thank God for Mavis Tires and Brakes. They welcomed us and worked on the tire diligently. They displayed the highest level of customer service and care. As disappointed as I was for how we were dismissed, we were blessed with a solution directly across the street thanks to Mavis tires and brakes. So grateful for their service. Tire Kingdom do better.

  Went to Tire Kingdom in Dunedin to patch a tire that had a screw in it after the BMW dealer refused to repair the tire on my 2022 X3M which was perfectly fine because they wanted to sell me a new one. Note that my tire is not a Run-Flat so it can be repaired. I’m always concerned about finding a good tire shop because my X3M has 21 inch tires. I have to say that this shop impressed me with their knowledge and skill. I know it seems simple to repair a tire that has a screw in it but to do the job properly with a patch instead of a plug on a large size tire can only be done by a quality tire shop. Also Both Mark and Yaya at the front desk were great!! I highly recommend this shop and I will be back the next time I need their services. A+

  There is something wrong with this place and the company that runs it. If I am not mistaken TK is owned by Mavis tire. I have had to visit both in the last 6 mos and it is like going to a place that does not want your business and does not have the skills to perform the basic functions. I am not sure if it low pay, low talent pool, or just plain poor management. There is something wrong at the very least the regional level.
