    I purchased a brand-new 2026 Sanibel fifth wheel for approximately $80,000, and it has been one of the worst decisions I’ve made. In less than a month and a half, it has already been in for warranty service, and they still haven’t resolved basic issues. The washing machine never worked from day one. Every attempt to use it ends the same way: the unit shifts, comes loose, and causes damage inside the RV. The result is that it’s completely unusable, and the interior is already damaged. This is ridiculous for a brand-new unit at this price point. The dealer’s customer service is completely useless. They don’t respond, they don’t follow up, and they clearly don’t care. They sell you the RV and then disappear. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. And this is just one of several problems. Based on how this has been handled, I have no confidence that anything else will be resolved. I do not recommend this dealer at all, nor their service. If you’re considering buying here, think twice—you’re basically throwing your money away and buying yourself a headache.

    Tried to buy a used Class A. Hired an inspector that found the refrigerator and a few other minor things didnt work. I accepted several but when it came to replacing the broken refrigerator which their own tech said should be replaced the sales manager turned very rude and said if I wanted a new one I had to pay an additional $2500 (full retail). No thank you. Another customer stormed out while I was there. I followed him out to parking lot to ask what the issue was. He purchased a used unit they told him he could bring back for some cabinet repairs. When he came back to pick up the repairs had not been completed even though they told him they had. This is 2 pissed off customers in about a 3 hour period. They dont seem to care at all.

    1/18/26, I ordered furniture from General RV at the Tampa trade show. They were to be delivered to the store in Orange Park Fl. Was told that it would take 10 -14 days. After 3 weeks I called Orange Park & got no response they didn't even return my calls.. After more phone calls they couldn't give any status on my order. But they said Karen Black at the Dover store was handling this. I called Karen was told the prices were so good that they over sold existing stock. But she would stay on top of my order. Karen was great. She kept me updated. Not all the news was great but she was truthful. She didn't make promises she couldn't keep. She got my order together. Now almost 10 weeks into it it's installed. Karen was relentless. I look at people by how they perform and their attitude. Bottom line is do I want them on my team. Karen is a definite. If I was still in business I would steal KB away from the Dover store. She is customer service. Thanks KB for all your help. Without her I would still be waiting, I'm sure.

We had a very specific and complex vision, including a robust solar setup, multiple lithium batteries, an onboard generator, and a highly advanced power system featuring dual Victron Quattro 5000W inverters running in parallel with built-in redundancies. Michael not only understood our goals but executed them flawlessly. The level of precision and care that went into ensuring system reliability—even in the event of component failure—is incredibly impressive. This was not a simple build, and the entire team delivered at the highest level. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to excellence made this one of the best purchasing experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

    I had a really terrible attempted buying experience with these guys. I've purchased from general RV in Jacksonville and it was fine. But these guys are just shady and backwards. I spoke with Chris McGrath, one of the sales managers and he basically said I needed to buy the trailer before I could figure out what was wrong with it. It's a used model and I had an inspection done on it because I was a serious buyer. The inspection revealed several issues including the AC being bad. I asked to have it rectified and he basically said you need to buy the trailer and then we'll fix it. Well, I don't even know what's wrong with it. He also gave me a hard time just getting the trailer set up for inspection. I had to give a deposit which took an act of Congress to make it refundable. Otherwise I would have been out the cost of the inspection and deposit. I sent a detailed report over to them with what the inspector found, and they didn't even have the common courtesy to reach out about any of the issues. They just crossed through them and said "nope" as you can see in my picture .All this to say, Chris completely soured the entire transaction and I have no interest in buying anything from them. I called him three or four times and left several messages and he didn't even have the decency to call me back.I will eat the cost I paid to have the rig independently inspected just so that I don't ever have to talk with them again. Buyer beware
