Working with Claudia in the service department has been an absolute joy. She has given us many tips and information to help us as new motorhome owners. (30 mins from us)We were skeptical about reaching out to another General RV dealership. However, when we needed some warranty work done on our 2025 Brinkley 3610, I took a chance and reached to General in Dover.(2.5 hrs away) We were fortunate to get in touch with Madison Soloski. Madison, took the time to help us through the process and get the work/ repairs done and made sure we were happy. We have had to bring our Rig in 2 times in 3 months: awning replacement/ electrical and taillights replaced. It’s great to k ow that we have someone who cares about us as General RV patrons. Thanks Madison for being professional and knowledgeable.
