    Our experience with General RV was extremely concerning and unprofessional from start to finish. We drove 2.5 hours to purchase a specific RV that we had been discussing with the dealership ahead of time & left a credit card number for a deposit. However, the moment we walked in the door we were told “it’s already sold” and were immediately directed to look at other units instead. After driving that far for a specific RV, it felt very much like a bait-and-switch situation just to get us into the dealership. What happened next was even more troubling. We asked for the paper back that contained our credit card number so we could take it with us. The salesperson handed it back to me, but the manager walked over, forcefully ripped the paper out of my mothers hand, and tore it in half. The person he did this to was a 65-year-old woman, and the aggressive physical behavior was completely unnecessary and shocking to witness. We drove 5 hours round trip only to experience misleading communication and aggressive, unprofessional behavior from management. No customer — especially a 65-year-old woman simply asking for her credit card information back — should ever be treated this way. This experience raises serious concerns about how this dealership treats customers and handles sensitive financial information. We will be escalating this issue further and strongly encourage others to think carefully before making the trip to this location.

    Recently downsizing from an American Eagle after driving it and three other Eagles for several years, the 2026 Lineage was a very different coach, and it seemed a difficult adjustment, so I made an appointment for a second walkthrough. Met up with Cristian I. Cristian went through each part of this new coach, and explained in a very clear, understandable way how it worked - in detail - and with good knowledge of this particular unit. Although I have 25 years of rv experience as well as a pilot’s license and mechanical background, some of the systems were frustrating to me. Cristian was a great help ! Thank you for keeping such a good support team member !

    I had a great experience with Joe the RV repair technician. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in doing quality work. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The repair was done efficiently, and the workmanship was excellent. What really stood out was his honesty and attention to detail. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but Joe definitely delivers. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing RV repairs and will gladly use his services again in the future.

    The experience was very good, and Sebastián, the sales representative, did an excellent job helping us secure our credit. Our RV arrived in good condition, with the exception of a few minor details, but they were repaired immediately. I would especially like to express my gratitude to Sebastián Beltrán for his excellent service and support.

    The ease of use: pull up, check in, sit down, wait, drive off. We ran in to some potential issues with the red tape surrounding the warranty but the team helped get it resolved with positive results. The staff was courteous and professional and the waiting room was clean, well stocked with snacks, and comfortable. This was my first experience bringing our RV in and I’m relieved to know that if it will be like this for future visits I’m confident that they’ll do what they can to ensure we’re taken care of in the shortest time possible. We’re really glad that we chose General RV for our first RV purchase ever and to know that the quality of service continues into the life of our RV.
