  Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. From start to finish it's been a nightmare. Set an appointment to buy a brand new unit on 1/29/26 at 3:30pm. Sat around for nearly 2 hours before someone finally came to see us. Then it was a guy from "another store in South Carolina" who didn't know how things were done or even how to use the printers and copy machine. Finally signed everything he walked out and nothing. No one to show us where our camper is. We had to walk around and find it. Then did a walk through and found tons of issues with a brand new camper. Eventually got a "Manager" to come out. He was nice took pics and said we will call you to come out a solve these issues. Great! First thing that sounded good all day. Fast forward it's no 2/20/26 and no call. I've called several times and no call back just sent to voicemail. This is my 3rd camper purchased in 6 years and by far the worst experience. I hade bought one from the Holiday Camping World location in 2020 and had none of these issues. This place gets your money and doesn't give a rats ass about you.y recommendation is to go somewhere else!

  This was the first time my wife and I considered an RV and the ratings were good and I can see why. From the minute we walked through the doors we had a good feeling about it. Addison was our salesperson who helped us figure out based on our wants and needs what would fit our budget and most importantly listened to us and made some great options available for us. If you are looking for an RV this would be where you should looking. Thanks again Addison for help

  The receptionist staff (Cindy and Jess) was amazing and always polite and quick with answers. The parts department (Collin) was very helpful and knowledable. The sales staff ( reason for lower rating) was very pleasant but unorganized. Parts of the deal wasn't carried out without reminders, had to hound them for paperwork, scheduled pick up then took vacation etc. We bought following the super show and it seemed like the dealership wasn't able to support the volume. Had I not bought RVs before I would have been lost and left behind. It's our 2nd camper from Camping World. In general the franchise is easy to deal with and Gabe me a fair trade in price. Just a bit disorganized during this experience.

  Camping World - Dover, FL We purchased our new Travel Trailer here and the experience was wonderful. From our salesperson, Luis, to our financial team, Christina (who went so above and beyond) and Maria and Joe - fill in person from SC, to the service tech, John --- we feel we were treated wonderfully - fair and honest. We haggled, they haggled, they said we won, we said they won - typical and might I say, old fashioned deal making with respect / honoring their word / us both compromising. They did not want to lose a sale and we wanted the trailer we wanted, at a price we could afford. We came to an agreement and my husband and I left feeling that we made a wonderful choice in the camper as well as the place we bought it from. It should also be noted that we did not trade our old travel trailer in with the deal / it would not work. However, we actually sold our trailer to Camping World through Moses - which was another fantastic experience. We were very happy all around.
