  Kyle handled the many purchase details well. Kristina facilitated financing and warranty options smoothly. Hanna at front reception knew exactly whom to get when we had questions about title/registration. Gil provided a walk-through and demo that made us confident about purchasing our camping trailer. His attention to detail caught and remedied important details. Highly recommend.

  DANGEROUS LEAVING PROPANE ON!!! ZERO STARS WOULD BE THE BEST OPTION! We had our camper “serviced” here. What was supposed to be done the same day, because they asked if we were going to stay and wait on it, turned into them taking 5 days to perform “maintenance” on it. When we picked it up, we could tell someone washed it because there were water streaks all over it. As for the rest, they said they replaced a slide motor because one motor wasn’t working yet there is no difference in performance of the slide. We were also told they would inspect and change the anode in the water heater. I can assure you, they never even opened the hot water heater compartment. I have attached pictures of the water heater being “serviced”. We were told the gold package was $1478 and walked out over $2400 because Lee had them remove an hour of labor we never approved. Lindsay called Mitch on Saturday once we picked it up and he said he would follow up with the tech and with Teresa and call us back Monday. Here it is Tuesday and still nothing back. Go anywhere. Anywhere other than here. We were ripped off. Badly. You can see the manufactured response below and how seriously they take matters like dangerous servicing and ripping off their customers by charging for work that was never done. UNETHICAL!!!

  I had a very disappointing experience with Camping World in Tampa (Dover location). I purchased an RV that was delivered with major issues, including non-working air conditioning, water heater, and microwave. I was not given the opportunity to properly inspect the RV before purchase, and when I requested the inspection report, they refused to provide it. On top of that, they are trying to make me use the extended warranties I paid for to fix problems that clearly existed before delivery. This is unacceptable. The dealer should take responsibility for delivering a functional unit, not shift the cost onto the customer. I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying here gets a full inspection and everything in writing before signing anything. I am currently working to resolve this situation.
