  No vallan a este lugar son unos estafadores,me pusieron una multa por su culpa y ellos se comprometieron en responder y todavia hace ya 3 meses no me han devuelto el dinero,el manager dio la cara una vez y jamás me volvio a dar una respuesta,y cada vez que llamaba siempre decian que ellos ya habían solucionado y todo una mentira siempre,pues ya saben si tienen algún problema por culpa de ellos no van a responder por eso

  I've been Enterprise client for 15 years but, it doesn't matter to salesperson like Christian. I booked twice and after promising to have my car ready they simply didn't. I called asking for an explanation and Christian who poses as a 'general manager' took my call. He said they have no cars available and no time to call clients to explain. I said to him "this is why you guys have negative reviews", he answered "NOBODY READS THAT" and hang up the telephone on me! There are more complaints related to the same person and the company still allow him to be in contact with clients. Persons like this are nocive for a very well known company!

  Although this is a very, very small location it is highly busy. The current staff is wonderful. Romel the Manager was very helpful and accommodating, and Chris truly went above and beyond to resolve my issue! In spite of having a reservation, there were no cars upon my arrival. He worked diligently and QUICKLY to locate an upgraded vehicle at a nearby location. I was most grateful. I don't always expect flawless experiences but I do expect resolutions and excellent customer service and that's what I received. The staff here deserves additional help/staffing, because both they, and Enterprise customers merit it. They could also benefit from a larger fleet of cars, since as I said earlier, this is a high traffic location. I will return due to a positive staff experience.
