  Trato súper amable, gracias por todo Josefina! Llegamos genial. Lo único es que el GPS no daba las indicaciones.. y fue confuso en varios desvíos. Por lo demás el coche genial.

  Wir hatten ein Problem mit unserem Auto und sind zu SIXT gefahren. Benjamin hat uns sofort ein neues Auto gegeben, das war nicht nur hilfreich bei unserem Problem sondern auch noch ein Upgrade. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und Benjamin war super freundlich, kooperativ und hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank!

  This is my absolute favorite place to rent a car. I come here to rent during every holiday. The process to rent is straight forward and easy, and pickup and drop off is effortless. Mrs. Cynthia is the absolute greatest! She always makes sure each guest is situated and taken care of. I dont care how far out I am in Miami, I will continue to rent from this location. Thank you to this fabulous team!

  was one of the worst rental and customer service experiences I have ever had. On the day we rented the vehicle, everything seemed fine until we later found out the agent made a serious mistake. We were very clear that we needed the car for 6 days, not 5. The agent confirmed it, charged us, and even added the extra day. Days later, I received an email saying we need to returned the car. I called and I told the This was one of the worst rental and customer service experiences I have ever had. On the day we rented the vehicle, everything seemed fine until we later found out the agent made a serious mistake. We were very clear that we needed the car for 6 days, not 5 The agent confirmed it, charged us, and even added the extra day. Days later, I received an email saying HE made a mistake, changed the rental to 5 days, and now I was being charged an extra $116 for a day that was already discussed and paid for. How is a customer supposed to pay for your employee’s error? When I called customer service, it got even worse. The first representative was rude, dismissive, and had a clear attitude problem. When I asked a very simple and reasonable question when I would receive my deposit back, since the car had been returned two weeks earlier she could not give me a clear answer, no email, no confirmation, nothing. Just attitude. The second call was just as bad. No accountability, no empathy, no resolution. Both calls felt like I was being treated as a problem instead of a paying customer.
