    I had an excellent experience with Enterprise. The staff was professional, helpful, and made the entire process quick and easy. The car was clean, in great condition, and exactly what I needed. Customer service went above and beyond, and returning the vehicle was just as smooth. I will definitely be renting from Enterprise again. Highly recommended.

    On November 12, I reserved a Chrysler Pacifica. When I arrived for pickup, the manager informed me that the vehicle was not available and admitted that this happens often because Enterprise lists cars they don’t actually have. He offered me a Toyota Camry instead and repeatedly assured me that I could switch to a van once I arrived in Nashville. This turned out to be completely false. At the Nashville airport location, the staff told me they were not allowed to make any vehicle changes and were surprised that Miami had promised this. I was left with no solution and completely stranded in Nashville, which forced me to pay for three nights in a hotel while trying to sort out the situation. In the end, I had to rent a van from Sixt, and because it was a last-minute, one-way rental, it ended up costing me significantly more. This entire experience was stressful, inconvenient, and totally avoidable if the Miami location had been honest from the beginning. I would not recommend this location due to the lack of transparency and the misleading information provided by the manager.

    Reservé una camioneta Chrysler Pacifica (código 1388968261) y al llegar a la sucursal de Doral el 13 de noviembre, el gerente me informó que no tenían el vehículo disponible. Incluso admitió que “esto pasa seguido” y me aseguró que en Nashville podría cambiar el auto por una van sin problema. Todo fue falso. En Nashville, tanto en el aeropuerto como en otra sucursal, me dijeron que no podían hacer ningún cambio y que no entendían por qué en Miami me dieron esa información. Por ser la semana previa a Thanksgiving, no había vans disponibles en ningún lado. Perdimos prácticamente el viaje, tuvimos que extender tres noches adicionales y gastar más en hotel y comida. Finalmente, tuvimos que alquilar una van en Sixt a un precio altísimo de última hora. De regreso en Miami, el mismo gerente prometió pedir autorización para el reembolso, pero nunca respondió. Llamamos durante días y nunca nos devolvieron la llamada. Hasta hoy, nadie ha dado solución. Fue una experiencia frustrante, engañosa y muy costosa. Solicito que este caso sea escalado y que se tomen medidas para evitar que otros clientes pasen por lo mismo.

    Todo empezo cuando tuve un accidente y mi seguro progressive me mando a este local para recoger un auto , el seguro me dijo que me habian pagado un auto con las similitudes del mio en cuanto a tamaño y confort o sea luxury , cuando llego solo tenian un toyota rav4 , cuando les dije lo que el seguro me habia dicho , solo me dijeron que era lo unico que tenian , que si queria otro tenia que esperar a otro dia que entregaran otro de mejor condicion , tuve que aceptar ese mismo . Cuando ya hago el papeleo y firma que voy a recogerlo , pues veo que aparte de viejo y sucio ( porque ni lo habian limpiado para entregarlo , las alfombras estaban llenas de huecos , y en la pantalla le salia el cartel de ( mantenimiento y cambio se aceite ) , cuando se lo digo al supuesto mamanger que era quien me estaba atendiendo , me dijo que no me preocupara porque eso fue que se les olvido quitarlo de la pantalla . Como no tenia mas opcion me lo lleve asi mismo , estuve una semana solo iendo de la casa al trabajo porque no me sentia segura con ese letrero en la pantalla . El dia que lo fui a entregar , se lo comente a otro mananger y solo me pudio disculpas y hasta ahi quedo todo . Cual fue mi sorpresa al otro dia de entregarlo , que me habian sacafo 80 dolares de tolls , cuando yo no pase ni una vez por ningun toll . cuando llamo al enterprise para quejarme , me dicen que no me preocupe que ellos se hiban a encargar del reembolso , hasta hoy lo estoy esperando y hace 2 meses ya . NO VAYAN A ESTE LUGAR SI NO QUIEREN SER ESTAFADOS
