I’ve been a loyal customer here for over 10 years, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing and honestly concerning.
I came in for a routine oil change on my brand new vehicle, and shortly after leaving, I began hearing a scraping noise when reversing. The next morning, I discovered that a large portion of my undercarriage was hanging down — bolts and screws had been completely left off. I had to visit a sister location, where they immediately recognized the issue and told me this location had not secured the undercarriage at all. I was also told I wasn’t the only customer that day dealing with the same problem.
It didn’t stop there. My windshield washer fluid was empty after the service, which I initially assumed was just overlooked. However, after refilling it multiple times with no success, another sister location inspected my vehicle and found that the washer fluid line had been cleanly cut.
While I was there, I also learned that other customers who had been serviced at this same location were dealing with serious issues — including incorrect oil being used, and in one case, a vehicle that had been drained of oil and not refilled at all.
Throughout my visit, staff at the original location appeared distracted, joking around, and not focused on their work — which now makes sense given the outcome.
What’s most frustrating is that I’ve now had to spend additional time and money going to other locations to fix mistakes that should have never happened in the first place. Despite this, no manager has reached out to take accountability or offer a resolution.
I strongly recommend avoiding this location for now. The sister stores have been helpful in correcting these issues, but customers should not have to pay extra to fix careless mistakes made during basic services.
Jana is the best! Quick and friendly service, very personable. On the phone they said I could "get right in", but when I got there just 4 mins later, i ended up having to wait another 25 minutes to even get into a bay. At this point in life I never expect 10-min oil change places to be fast, so I didnt really mind. Just something to be aware of.

Taylor and crew were super sweet and efficient. I pulled up needing just a little air in my tire. They got me in, inflated it, and had me out in less than two minutes. No charge. That's some stand up service right there. They've always done great work with my oil changes too and they're the only ones I'll go to these days.

Taylor provided the most courteous service today. I highly recommend that Taylor be recognized for his professionalism. He is a valuable asset for Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers and suggest he be recognized accordingly.

I brought my car in for a simple oil change and somehow left feeling like my vehicle had just spent the day at a luxury spa.
From the moment I pulled in, the team was friendly, professional, and ridiculously efficient. I barely had time to sit down before they were already finishing up. I’m pretty sure the pit crew at a NASCAR race would be impressed.
They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of unnecessary stuff, and treated my car like it was their own. That alone deserves five stars in the car service world.
The waiting area was clean, the staff was great, and my car left running smoother than my morning coffee. If oil changes had a VIP experience, this place would be it.
Highly recommend — unless you enjoy waiting forever at other shops and paying for things you didn’t ask for. In that case… definitely don’t come here. 😄
