I had never been to that location before so didnt have any idea where to start. I ran onto a manager who dropped everything he was doing to help me. Within a few minutes I had a replacement vehicle and could continue with our travels. Thank you to the entire Fort Walton beach airport crew for the professional unwavering service 🙌 🙏 special shout out to Nick thank you sir! If this finds you the vehicle is great and we made it to our destination with no more issues.

However, trying to get ahold of this branch by phone to change or modify a reservation is extremely frustrating. I’ve been placed on hold for over 20 minutes multiple times, and when calling back, there’s often no answer at all. Great service in person, but communication over the phone really needs improvement.
