  We popped in to the store after running over something on Hwy 98. Rob was great and put our car up on the lift and fixed the problem right away. Can’t say enough good things about the customer service.

  Never go here. Took my car to them to change out a wheel bearing, not only did they overcharge me by $700 for the actual price of the job, they destroyed the original rubber boot while doing it. When I complained to the company online, they just directed it to the owner of the franchise who essentially told me “you signed a contract so we don’t owe you anything”. So I got nowhere with it. They had tried to hide the extent of the rubber boot damage with electrical tape. I eventually had to replace the axle in that location because of them. I would never let these people within a mile of my vehicle.

  I had a flat tire while on vacation. They treated me with such professionalism and kindness. They were able to figure out the issue swiftly. So glad I came here to get my tire fixed. They even gave me recommendations of others things that I could fix to maintain my car. I got home safely with no issues. Thank you!

  Yes Very happy with service. I believe manager Frank was very helpful i thought my battery was bad and they did a check on it and found it was fine. It appears one of the electronic systems had locked the engine and when I had someone jump start it let me start and get toTuffy

  PLEASE READ! DO NOT go to this place! Accountability need to be held and a refund needs to happen. Took my truck in to get tie rods and lower control arms installed. they were aftermarket from Icon but was told it wouldn't be a problem. Thinking it would be a no brain job for them. I was DEAD wrong! When I got the truck back it drove like shit! Upon further inspection Driver side tire rubber bad from the alignment they did. Crucial parts were missing and damage to parts! They bent the rotor protection plats from prying the LCA down to release the ball joint from its hold. When installing the new LCA they squeezed the frame mounts TIGHT bending the frame mount to make up for space where protective washers should have gone to keep the bushing from rubbing on the frame itself and to extend the life of the bushing. no grease inserts were installed to keep the ball joint lubed up, along with other faults. Took the truck back in and the manager promised me that it would fixed and done right, which it sat for another day before they could get to it. I called that morning around 10am to make sure everything was in order to which they replayed the truck had not be pulled in yet bc they needed the installation instructions and got asked to send them (so now I'm doing your job? thought we had smart phones to look things up... when it was finally back on the lift got a call asking if I could physically go in to explain and show how the lcr's needed to be installed, how the lower shock spacers were backwards, how the ball joint bracket needed to be switched, and that the washes needed to be installed for the longevity of the brand new parts. (Doing their job again even after sending them the installation guide!) Left thinking everything was squared away and that it was going to be done right.... wrong again. picked the truck up parts are still missing, they could only get 4 of the 8 lower control arm washers in bc they tightened the frame mount so tight the first round that they couldn't get it pushed back out to make space. Grease inserts still not installed for lower ball joints. while there were at it they decide to damage the shaft of driver side coil over pretty bad with some tool Im sure the so called "mechanic" probably didn't know how to use. They charged me $920.47 for me to explain how parts were to be installed correctly, for me to look up instructions on how parts should be installed and to email instructions to them and for them to install brand new parts damage the parts and leave parts out..... twice! i've since had to take it to two separate shops to fix the mistakes and damage they have caused. was told no refunds could take place because I brought in aftermarket parts. However I wouldn't be refunded for the parts, I'd be refunded for the terrible labor some back yard mechanic did that they hired and the pore inspection of their managers. This place needs to be held accountable for the terrible work they did and a full refund is in order. Not the pathetic complementary Oil change you tried to offer. Still waiting on the call from the so called owner I was suppose to receive.
