  Alex at Goodyear is the best. My daughter had a blowout on her way to Destin and I called Goodyear and Alex answered right away, he was very helpful and informative. Got my daughter back on the road and made sure she was safe. Thank you Alex and the folks at Goodyear

  Came in Saturday around 1 pm. Tim greeted me and helped me find the perfect set of tires for my car. He was very knowledgeable about what’s best for my car. Saved about 300 dollars compared to the dealership. Will definitely be returning here for all my vehicle needs

  The store should be investigated for racketeering and fraud, I went down there January 27 From North Carolina to get away from the ice storms, And I had a flat tire. I went to get it replaced, and after they changed my tire, they told me that my brakes were almost metal to metal and my calipers were sticking. I walked back into that store to a $1600 bill. They gave me the most expensive brake pads, charged me an alignment we didn’t discuss, and tried to charge me for brake draining that wasn’t discussed. The owner Shane is obviously in on the fraud that these guys are committing. It’s funny how he told me that they have a bunch of five star reviews, but all of the recent reviews are one stars, including mine. Absolutely, no honor, pathetic excuse of a business. If you are not from Destin, do not go to the store. They will proactively add things they never discuss with you and writhe like the snakes they are when you point it out. I suggest someone local get the DPD to open and investigation on these con men.

  I had a leak in my tire. Instead of explaining the issue they insisted I need two new tires (actually were trying to get off on telling me I need 4 new tires) . Each tire was $235. After completing the job of replacing two of my tires, they charged me $800. They charged me for an alignment as well as labor costs and didn’t confirm this price with me until after finishing the job. Don’t go here. Especially not if you’re a female and you’re by yourself. They will take advantage!
