The staff is consistently kind, honest, and efficient. My oil changes are always fast and thorough, and I never feel rushed or pressured. There have been multiple times that truly stood out to me. On one visit, I came in for an oil change and they actually told me I could run my car a bit longer and didn’t need one yet, saving me from wasting money. Another time, I had a nail in my tire right before a 10-hour drive the next day. They fixed it quickly and made sure I was safe to travel. Most recently, I asked about rotating my tires, and instead of trying to upsell me, they explained that doing so would require buying a second tire to avoid uneven wear, and they didn’t recommend it. They told me to come back another time instead. As a woman, I’ve felt taken advantage of at other car shops because I don’t know a lot about cars. That has never been the case here. I genuinely trust this team because it’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in doing the right thing, even if it means not making a sale that day. They may not have sold me a $200 tire today, but they’ve earned my loyalty for years to come. This will always be my first stop whenever something is wrong with my car. Highly recommend!
