The associate was not welcoming and seemed to want very little communication as he (manager) was completing the rental details. Furthermore, we were given a car that was dirty and when the associate pulled the car around she got outbbarely spoke (gave no info or no walk around the vehicle) and the car rattled terribly. The rental started on a Thursday and two days later on Saturday the car broke down leaving my wife stranded and blocking traffic for 3 hours! Per enterprise directive, we waited on tow truck and had to travel across town to a different Enterprise which didn’t even have the original vehicle we selected. Do yourself a favor and do not rent with this company! I will not rent again and especially with the Destin Fl location.
- BBBrandonNov 21, 20251.0They Called and cancel my car today an hour before I was due to pick it up I was told I would be getting a call back by upper management and I never got a call I have called 8 times now and have been put on hold for about 15 minutes then the call disconnects and says they can not be reached this is the worst experience I think I have ever had with a rental company!!!
