  While the customer service at this location is consistently strong, the physical condition of the fleet is unacceptable. This is the third consecutive time we have rented a Pacifica that was neglected. The most recent 2026 vehicle was dirty on the inside (crumbs and pet hair) and possessed a mechanical flaw: a constant, indistinguishable humming sound from the AC blower motor at higher speeds. ​Being told by staff that they 'lack the supplies' to properly care for these vehicles is ridiculous for a major brand, especially when renting out brand-new 2026 models. We pay for a clean, fully functional vehicle. The local team’s great attitude shouldn't have to mask a total failure in basic fleet hygiene and maintenance support. We will continue to rent from this location due to convenience, but the cleanliness issue needs to be resolved.

  I rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Destin, FL on March 8th for a 3-day rental with pickup and drop-off at the SAME location. Everything seemed fine until April 30th — over a month and a half later — when my card on file was suddenly charged an additional $321 with absolutely no email, receipt, or notification explaining the charge. After calling to figure out what happened, I was told they had charged me a “one-way drop fee,” claiming I returned the vehicle to a different location. That is completely false. I returned the car exactly where I picked it up. What concerns me most is that they immediately agreed to refund the charge without any argument or investigation. If I hadn’t been watching my bank account closely, I may have never noticed the extra charge. Very disappointing experience and definitely makes me question their billing practices. I would strongly recommend checking your statements carefully after renting from this company.

  They were very accommodating as I made some changes, last minute. It made life easy on the return and I greatly appreciate that. I use Enterprise exclusively for all business and personal. Thank you.

  Tyler saved the day for us. He went above and beyond to secure a car for us after the hertz in the same shopping center left us stranded without a car. He was personable and all around a good guy. He deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you so much Tyler!
