- JBJason BraseMay 27, 20251.0I am very disappointed with this store. After weeks of boat shopping I was convinced by the tracker salesman to buy "the #1 selling boat for the last 30 years". I was so excited to get my brand new boat on the river just to have it fill up with water. When I called I was asked very ignorant questions like "did you put the plug in" " did you tighten the plug" "where did you put the plug". I have been boating for years and have never had to drain that much water out of one of my boats especially after maybe an hour of boating. These people act like they stand behind the product but I'm thinking they just get paid good enough to act that way. Now I have to take time and bring the boat back up there and no telling how long it's going to take. I highly recommend NOT getting a bass tracker. I knew I should've just spent the extra money and went with a different brand.

Employees are more helpful during week than frat boys on weekend, at least in boot section. One frat boy didn’t think they carried Keen—and the were displayed behind him. He didn’t care.
- CTCur TisMay 31, 20145.0Very Impressed! Last year, we purchased a 22ft SunTracker pontoon from this location with all the bells-n-whistles (ski bar, underpinning, upgraded GPS fishfinder, etc). We were very impressed with the no hassle website - being able to see clearly the prices and select the options we wanted. The Destin Tracker service department did an outstanding job professionally installing all options. Don, the Customer Service Rep, is super! Tim, the Service Manager is tremendous, offering great customer service from the service department (for the optional pontoon add-ons and engine maintenance servicing). Many others, like Gerald (one of the Service Techs), have provided great, professional customer support through-out the months since we purchased our pontoon. We're very impressed with the Destin FL Tracker Marine - a definite "Loved It - and Still Do"!
