    Austen W. Is the man! He helped us with a battery swap! Dude knows his stuff and showed me along the way how to deal with newer batteries with Auto start/ stop features. 10/10 worker and made whole experience enjoyable ✅

    I have shopped AutoZone and only AutoZone for all my parts needs for many years. I have never been treated so poorly by any parts house ever. I returned a ECM because it was bad. The parts sales manager, an older gentleman, told me the ECM has to be programmed before installing. I said yes I know. I gave my vin and mileage to the manufacturer so it could be programmed before being shipped. As it was required. Then he says it was installed on the vehicle I see. I said yes that's how they knew it was bad. He was rude and argued with me that it didn't need to be installed to know if it would work or not. The only way to know is installing it! He finally did his job and went to another manager to refund me my money. They acted as if it was a huge deal and whispered to each other until finished. If it was a regular employee I wouldn't be as upset but a manager doing that?? Just poor service all around.

    The two gals at the store were so helpful!! I was there on 10-13-25 and 10-14-25. They are so knowledgeable and I appreciate how much help they provided!

    How can you employ a person that doesn’t have the zeal to assist or have no knowledge of how to utilize their system to find a part? Bad customer service experience, it’s as if she didn’t want me there to support the business. In addition, I described her manager to her and told her he knew the part I was needing and if she could give him a call to better assist, she brushed it off and told me he will be in later.. (while I’m at work). Please! We need to treat people better and do our jobs even if we don’t like it, it’s your job.

    I've given Auto Zone more then one chance to redeem themselves only to be let down once again. I ordered a part I was assured would be there the following day for my only car that is broke down in a parking lot. I go to pick the part up at the designated time only to find out their computer was wrong, yet again. My part was not at another location but another state and wouldn't be in for another week. If I wanted to wait a week I would have ordered it online and paid less then half what I paid in the store. AutoZones customer service policy is garbage and so is the management. A pitiful excuse for a business model. Do yourself a favor and use O'Reilly's. At least their in store team actually know how to do an oil change without their computer explaining it to them!
