  The service at Gunther Volvo in east Delray Beach is magnificent. Dominick and the other service specialists, plus manager will ensure your car is getting the right service, plus any additional work needed on the car isn’t pushed. They will give you an estimate, a video of what the car needs, and give you updates as the progress of the car service through text link to track the car’s maintenance progress. This is great because it saves time going to ask “how much longer.” I recommend their service because they are very professional, they care, their ethicalness, and are knowledgeable!

  Once again Dominic Espada and the Gunther Volvo service team delivered exemplary service!! This was a tedious process but it was professionally executed from start to finish and may I say, customer-focused. Dominick goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled efficiently and he clearly explains every detail along the way. Thanks for a courteous? knowledgeable and skilled team Thanks for the high level of customer service. Thanks Dominick for always being consistent and totally reliable.

  I made a purchase last week of a 2023 GLI Autobahn edition Volkswagen Jetta. My salesman Zarco was extremely kind, knowledgeable, efficient and he went above and beyond for me. I made the drive from Broward County to Gunther Volkswagen in Delray Beach to make my purchase. I am very happy I made that decision. Zarco and everyone at that location took care of me quickly and gave me an incredible deal on the vehicle. If your looking for a new or pre-owned Volkswagen I highly recommend you vist Gunther of Delray. They also have other pre-owned makes and models. I am a Volkswagen/ Audi enthusiast through and through. Id like to once again thank Zarco and everyone else that assisted me.

  Horrible experience with Gunther Volvo Delray this time around. This is our third Volvo in a row that we have purchased and the salesman did the good old fashion "Bait & Switch" on us to get us out of our lease early to get into a new Volvo. If they would have communicated with us what was needed on the old Volvo, we would have held on to it. Beyond disappointed and would highly suggest to anyone in the market looking for a Volvo not go to this location as their sales professionals are unethical!

  This is my first Volvo purchase and was also done out of state. Curtis Smith could not have been more helpful throughout the entire process. Answered all my questions and was always quick to respond to my many emails. Richard Uhler who helped me navigate all the financial items with my bank was another great experience. He was patient as we considered several different loan options and found the best one for my needs. I highly recommend anyone considering a car purchase to consider the team at Gunther Volvo. They are truly a Customer focused organization.
