  I booked my car 3 weeks in advance for a company event. On the day we were supposed to pick up the car, they did not have it available. The biggest issue is that they didn't call to let us know.

  Delivered the rental 2 1/2 hours late. Reserved an 8 seat SUV. Received a 7 seat! Poor location in terms of inventory.

  Your website does not work or copperate with anyone even trying to join, dign in, or get a wuote, or make a reservation! It is a hopeless waste of time and a terrible joke! This is not the first time for me or some acquaintances in your site!

  Unqualified people working there. If they don't know what they're coming, they're going to tell you you get a refund be 3 working days and I gave my credit card. They told me if I give him a good rating they'll refund my money back on tax taxes I paid $92 I'm still waiting after 4 weeks. Talk to you the supervisor and they told me they don't not give money back with the credit card. Resubmit it. They refuse to do that car company rental . I tried to call my bank Citibank and they told me I put it in dispute and they decided improve that he says. Let's get a refund. I went there today. I was really upset and no solution waiting time. There is between when I supposed to . Give me a call and I waited an hour and a half because there was not available unavailable vehicles at that location. It make you wait, wait and wait and a waste your time. I do not recommend them to you anybody when you go to that location an hour and a half 2 hours and I going to get it vehicle. So my advice to you use another location is Atlantic avenue and military Delray Beach, Florida. ZIP code is 33 445. Like I said use a different location. They're different, not qualified and it makes you wait and wait. Thank you everybody. Thank you. Have a nice day at my insurance paid them in full. I had the vehicle for 2 weeks My insurance company made the reservations for me. Go ahead and pick it up. I will not recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car Atlantic avenue and military trail zip code is 33 445 don't have nothing to do with them wasting your time and your money and they make you wait for a car they got got to have a car available

  I looked to Enterprise when my truck needed repairs ! They got me in a car and applied discounts.. Really helped me out in a pinch !
