  I want to take a moment to share how fair, honest, and genuinely empathetic this True Choice Tire service location is toward the people who trust them with their vehicle maintenance and repairs. What truly stood out to me was witnessing the general manager, David, go above and beyond for a customer by offering an Uber ride to and from the shop so he could keep the car and have it ready the next day. That level of care and consideration is something you almost never see in service organizations today. On a personal note, I came in with what turned out to be a very small hole in my tire, something that could have easily been overlooked, but David carefully found and resolved it. His attention to detail and integrity made a lasting impression on me. With all that said, I wholeheartedly recommend David, the general manager, and this True Choice Tire service location in Delray Beach. It’s rare to find a business that truly puts people first, and this place absolutely does. Hector

  Our service agent Cameron was very helpful, patient, provided all the information we needed before making a decision on the tires we wanted. He was pleasant and professional.

  I was greeted politely upon my arrival. As far as I know, the full synthetic oil change and tire rotation were performed and in a timely fashion. I was also given the opportunity to receive a $20 rebate from Valvoline. So far so good

  If this is for the store on Atlantic ave, the customer service was good. I am disabled with what I received. Tires are great but they talked me into a wheel alignment and now my truck pulls to the right. I went back as soon as I could which was 2 days later because I was on shift the day before. Today they had no tech to correct the alignment and sent me to a different location. That location was not equipped to put my truck on their machine due to my wheelbase. Now I have to drive 800 miles one way at highway speeds and fight the stirring wheel. Our family trip was delayed over an hour trying to get this resolved with no luck. Either train more staff or equip all your locations with proper equipment. This was my first time using your company and I’m not sure I’ll be coming back. Also they didn’t even clean the tires when they got put on. I’ve included a picture of how I have to maintain a straight driving position.

  FANTASTIC SERVICE AND DEAL!! From the first professional-phone; friendly assigned answering-reception. I was greeted with very thorough communication between lines; the receptionist referring me back to the Service department to answer questions. David is a welcoming and professionally-personable professional; kept me informed to completion. I expected to have to replace all 4 tires, he still measure all tires~informing me I didn’t have to replace all 4. There was no pressure-sell beyond that. I DID get all 4 with TIRE CHOICE’S deal~buy 3 get one FREE 👍 I literally just moved here ~ thanks for the GREAT service DAVID. TIRE CHOICE is MY choice now!
