  I brought my car in with a flat tire and Cameron arranged for the tire to be patched and had the car done promptly. This is my second time coming here and both times I received professional and prompt service.

  Appointment is Recommended but they are very accommodating as long as you have time to work with them. I bring my cars Here for the last few years to do oil changes, tire changes brakes, and other stuff. they do a pretty good job.

  Not a bad shop. I have used them three times. They get the work done, albeit, I do find them to be slow with work but that is likely from being understaffed than anything else. I appreciate them recommending me a different tire than I ordered which were on sale, and saved me hundreds (good tires too). I took a star off because my tire pressure sensors were working before I went. One was loose so we had that replaced. After I left, my tire pressure lights came on so I brought the car back the next day, and they stated that the sensors they did not install were no longer working. That makes no sense to me how all of them failed at the same time when they were working before service. They were insistent on that being the problem despite my suspicion that they were just not coded right. Not sure I will use them again in the future, but it is my only bad experience. They have good prices, so consider them if you need work done.

  A prior manager had given me a voucher for a free oil change. Unfortunately, that manager was no longer at that store ehen i returned to get my oil changed this past weekend. The new manager at this store is extremely rude and very angry that he was obligated to make good on the voucher. He made it a point to try to embarrass me in front of the other customers. He made a point to place a notation in the system that I was never to claim something like this again or they would no longer service my car. I have never claimed something like this before and I have been getting my car serviced at this location for over 15 years. I was actually concerned that he might intentionally do something bad to my car because he was so angry. I will never go back to that location again. I can only hope that this manager will be removed from his position. Thank heavens for the assistant manager who reassured me that everything would be done properly. Below is a photo of the comment the manager placed in the system. Notice the exclamation marks.
