Showed up at 11am for a simple wheel alignment (steering was leaning to the left), was told it would be a 1 hour wait.. 5 hours later my car was finally serviced. I understand it may get busy, yet anytime I asked for an update, I was met with shrugged shoulders and brushed off by employees there. Their computer system/wifi was spotty and was almost charged twice for the alignment. The cherry on top you ask? The damned car STILL leaned to the left afterwards.. I essentially wasted 5 hours of life in a cramped/smelly waiting room being ignored by employees to pay $125 for NOTHING being done to the car. Horrible service inside and out.
- HRHasinur Rahman4 days ago1.0I went there 3 times. They ruined my 4 brand new tires with a bad alignment. Tires have lot of tread in the middle but the edges have worn out very badly. I contacted their corporate office and area manager named Eric Japinoski talked about other issues which may have caused this issue on all my 4 tires without any proof. Anyone with reasonable common sense should know all 4 tires do not get problems at the same time and same way. A bad alignment can do that. I ended up spending over $2000 which their $120 alignment should have fixed in the first place. My alignment is still uder warranty but they refused to help.
