  Big shout out to Klus who was the nicest, most polite and professional car rental agent I’ve dealt with after decades of car rentals. This young man is the kind of employee every corporation should have and a credit to Enterprise. I will definitely make the switch to Enterprise after great experience with Klus.

  After having this car short term and returning the vehicle these people charged my card two times in one day for money and I do not know why !! I will never come back here they should be shut down immediately! These people will rip you off I’m definitely calling BBB on them !!

  While my own car was at Classic Collision, I was allowed to rent a car from Enterprise on 6th ave near Federal Hwy in Delray. Very pleased with those that work there. Wait time to rent and to return was good, the Chevy Malibu was a total pleasure for the 11 days I had it, and If I ever need to lease a car in the future , I will definitely would go back to Enterprise at this location.....

  I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. I reserved a vehicle a week in advance, but when I arrived on the pickup day, there was no vehicle available. There was no prior notice, and the staff showed no desire to help or offer any solution. Their rude and dismissive attitude made an already frustrating situation much worse. Completely unprofessional experience.

  By far the worst experience I have ever had with Enterprise. I will be closing my account and using Hertz down the street moving forward. The level of service at this location was unacceptable. The first vehicle I was given had an expired registration tag, which resulted in me being pulled over by the police. Thankfully, I was able to prove the vehicle was a rental and was let go, but this should never have happened. The second vehicle I received had the check engine light come on the very next day. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I was told that this “happens all the time” and not to worry about it. I was then given a difficult time when attempting to exchange the vehicle and was told I had “reached my limit,” as if the poor condition of their vehicles was my responsibility. Throughout my rental period, my rate was repeatedly changed without explanation. I was overcharged and never provided with a proper invoice or receipt despite requesting one. Additionally, the professionalism at this location was extremely lacking. Most of the staff appeared disengaged and unprofessional. The only employee who demonstrated professionalism and courtesy was a young woman working inside—she was pleasant and helpful.
