    Customer service is lousy from some of the people; If I can give 0 star it would be the last person that gave me a car on January 2nd. Another employee took care of the issue (He gets 5 star šŸŒŸ! that's why it's 3 for overall because of that one person). I rented medium vehicle, he told we have it / car was reserved several days prior, and he gave me a compact saying it's a midsized = *This is Not the first time it happened = car was payed as a medulla vehicle- price never adjusted.

    This location was absolutely wonderful. I felt well taken care of and treated with respect. Each staff member I encountered went out of their way to help me and make sure I was safe. I will definitely be returning to this enterprise. :)
