    HORRIBLE FROM START TO FINISH ! How Enterprise allows this manage named ,Andres ,to run one of their locations is beyond me . He is condescending , rude and lies ! Our monthly rental was delivered filthy , with bad brakes , no washer fluid , defective wiper blades , and he refused to switch the car out after me calling , stopping by the location and texting the fake chatbot number that says to contact them for any help you may need . Then upon returning the vehicle I was subjected to more snide comments and lied to again about a credit that was never given for the horrible rental I was forced to drive for a month and had paid over $1600. I was also refused any proof of the car being returned in satisfactory condition . A complaint was filed with the 800 number agent and I have yet to hear from anyone . Find somewhere else to rent a car from as this place is the worst !

    I would not rent from this company. This is now the second time I have booked and when I showed up they said they didn't have any cars available. I had a reservation each time. The locations that did this were in Delray, FL and in Houston, TX. The website will not tell you that they do not have any cars available. You show up and learn your fate.

    I recently rented a car from this location and had an excellent experience. This was during a busy holiday weekend, and even with how packed it was, the entire process was fast, smooth, and completely stress-free. Will was absolutely amazing — his customer service was top-notch. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. Despite how busy it was, he made sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. He truly went above and beyond to make the experience easy and pleasant. I really appreciate the outstanding service and highly recommend this location. I’ll definitely be renting from here again!
