    My opinion is that all they are interested in is sneakily upselling you and confusing you into purchasing unnecessary insurance. In addition the car that they gave me after I refused their thoughtful offer to upgrade to a Suburban should not be on the road. It was a one day rental and I dealt with it to avoid having to waste anymore time going back to complain. Upon dropping off mentioned my dissatisfaction with vehicle and the fact that I made two trips to a service station due to the dashboard display indicating that the tires needed air. The agent could have cared less. Also when you need to soak a vehicle in air freshener and coat it in Armorall to cover up the odor and condition of it you might consider taking it out of the fleet you offer to customers. For me to spend this much time writing a review for a one day car rental is all you need to know about this business.
