  Called to check if an item was available, and they put me on hold for 15 minutes. Called again and was put on hold for another 15 minutes. I ended up just going to the store, and, funny enough, they didn't have the item that was in stock online. I wasted my time. Very unprofessional, whoever was working on 3/5 at 8 p.m.

  Amazing experience with darline , really patient & helpful… I was getting ready to leave the store but she stopped me and insisted on helping me complete my task at hand . great employee

  Manger did not want to take my return due to it being from another store/location where they did have the part at, no reason given why he wouldn’t take my return.
