I highly recommend this place 100%. Tonight, on a Friday evening, my car battery died and I came here feeling stressed, but I truly found an angel. George M took amazing care of me — he was kind, professional, and extremely helpful. He replaced my battery, which was still under warranty, without any issues. It was already 6:56 PM, and the service was still outstanding.
This is exactly why I never change this place when it comes to buying my car batteries. Thank you so much, George, for your excellent service 🙏

Ad’andelo went above and beyond when replacing my car battery. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, made sure the correct battery was installed, and completed the replacement quickly and carefully.
What really stood out was his great attitude and attention to detail — he genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right and that I was comfortable before I left. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free thanks to him.
AutoZone is lucky to have Ad’andelo on their team. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and will definitely be back because of him. Highly recommend asking for Ad’andelo if you need help!

I have been shopping here for years, and so has my family, but after today, i don’t know if i could ever set foot in this place again. I came here today with my cousin to buy parts for his car that we were working on. I asked Dangelo for the part I needed and he assured me it was the right one, I purchased it and went on my way. I quickly realized that the part was not the right one and went back inside for a return or exchange. Dangelo accused me of returning the wrong part by falsely stating the part numbers did not match, which they did. He then proceeded to tell me he did not know how to do a return, which i told him i could phone a previous employee who could walk him thru the process in order to speed up the return. When we established the parts I was returning, was indeed the parts I purchased earlier, Dangelo proceeded to follow the previous employees instructions over the phone, on how to return the part. Dangelo then thanked the previous employee for their help and ended the phone call. Dangelo then became visibly frustrated as he could not complete the return even after following instructions and proceeded to verbally insult me in front of my cousin and another employee. I confronted Dangelo about his insults and he became verbally aggressive and so I started recording a video of my experience for my safety and proof of the situation. Dangelo can be seen arguing with me on camera about the return, which he told me the previous employee would be coming to assist him with. Dangelo uses very graphic language in his exchange while I simply tried to understand why he was acting the way he was towards me. I then exited the store and waited for the outside help to arrive and complete the return. The previous employee then showed Dangelo how to do the return and I was able to get the right part from the previous employee. Dangelo did not assist during this transaction, it was all done by someone who does not work there anymore but has managerial experience at the company. The whole situation was tense, and I feel like I was treated extremely poorly especially as a customer doing a simple transaction. I would like to show the video of Dangelo to someone in the chain of command before going to corporate and hopefully resolve this issue in a calm manner. I would like to add that the other employee, Gigi, was extremely kind and helpful and even tried to do the return but was unfortunately not familiar with it. She constantly apologized for the extreme discomfort caused by Dangelo’s behavior.
