  I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone thanks to Ben, the store manager. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly. I came in needing help with a battery replacement and windshield wipers, and Ben made the entire process feel effortless. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful and taking the time to explain what I needed and handling everything with efficiency and care.

  Called to check if an item was available, and they put me on hold for 15 minutes. Called again and was put on hold for another 15 minutes. I ended up just going to the store, and, funny enough, they didn't have the item that was in stock online. I wasted my time. Very unprofessional, whoever was working on 3/5 at 8 p.m.
