  Wow! Unreal service from Alex and Gustavo. They replaced wiper blades getting themselves out in the rain for me. No Problem they said. Used the utmost care in protecting my car even though it’s old. Then the manager came out to help with the rear wiper which was tricky They didn’t quit until they had done it right. I’m a customer for life due to these three auto zone employees and you should be too

  I just came into to buy a new battery. I gave the employee my license so she could look up what battery needs to go in a Subaru Outback. She looked at her screen with about 10 batteries on it and randomly picked one, which I knew was not correct and said “I guess this one would work.” I said, “you guess? You can’t confirm it?” She said, “No, I think that’s right.” I said I am not going to guess on a battery and walked out. Really Autozone? It takes effort to not care at this level…..

  AutoZone had the right parts and supplies for my car and Gustavo did an outstanding job , on his lunch break, to install them on my car.
