  My service appointment was made a week in advance, Lady by the name of Jennifer let me know that $145. would be the cost of finding out what my car problem would have been, I called the day before the appointment to repeat what she had mentioned to me and make sure that I was correct to find out from another person that it was $175. per hour and it could take the first hour to just find out what's the problem without the work, I first understood I thought it was $145 for the full service itself witch was to clean all the drain holes, but she forgot to tell me the main detail that it was >per hour< it would incurred more than an hour, she had mentioned they were to keep the car not knowing if it could be ready by 2: p.m. dropping it off at 9:00 a.m. that is a whole lot of money to clean draining holes, also she would try to bring me home so that I wouldn't have to wait so long but no one to pick me up🙄 I decided to cancel the appointment

  Highly recommend these guys! Had a great experience with my wife’s Lexus that was making a noise in the back. They immediately were able to diagnose it and provide repair options. These guys are very honest and easy to deal with. We got the car back the same day. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of service and outcome. Will be recommending them to all my friends

  A&H provides super nice and effective car for my 12 year-old Acura. Their check up on all aspects of the car, every visit, tells me what I need to know to keep the car reliable and in good shape.

  Simply the best service. I own a 10 yr old Acura TLX and an appointment with A&H was always on time and on price. Flexible, understanding, organized. I would always go to A&H for service instead of dealer.

  The facility was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The mechanic was able to find what was making the noise in the rear part of my car immediately. They referred me to a muffler repair shop and did not charge me since they weren't able to fix it. I appreciated this gesture so much because I'm a young girl who probably would've been charged had I gone elsewhere. Afterwards I was sent pictures and notes of the diagnosis, a request from my dad. They really go above a beyond. If I didn't live out of state I would use them for all of my car needs. Thank you!
