  I have always bought my tires from Tire Kingdom. I have always paid for the Tire protection plan , and have always had my tires rotated AND BALANCED, which has been included in the plan. Today I was informed that 3 years ago they stopped balancing, it would cost me $110. I have had my tires rotated and balanced within that 3 years. When I bought 2 new tires, within the last 2 months, I went over rotation and balance being included in the protection plan.. I always have them done together. I was either lied too when I bought the plan, or lied to today . Either way I will never buy another tire from here again, and I will pay someone else to balance my tires. No wonder I was the only one here, besides the employees.

  Stop in to get 2 tires put on rims I brought in for my trailer ( no trailer). Pay $100 dollars for 2 tires and get charged $100 to take off old tires and put on new ones. And took forever to get tires taken in, made the mistake of saying it was for a trailer, but it had car rims and tires and this through Daniel a curve ball, because it took him 20 minutes to figure that they where car tires that where being used for a trailer. So after wasting my lunch break at this place for 35 minutes to drop off 2 tires that would not be picked up till next day. Next day went after work because not interested in not having a nother lunch break, to Daniel taking 25 minutes to figure out my bill first go was 260 dollars and oh that doesn't apply to you to 208 dollars after taking off Courtney inspection and schedule maintenance review. And got charged 7 dollars shop supply and 72 dollar 2 tire install packages that includes a mess load of stuff that doesn't apply to me. Try talking to Earl, because he was on vacation and Daniel was acting manager. I was told by Earl, that's the code and don't know anything else. That what it is. Highly recommend not going here, there code is to rip you off, women have no chance here.
