  Knowledgeable and courteous staff, they were wonderful handling my emergency situation without judgment. They have specials running and we're able to offer me an unbeatable price for a set of hard to locate, brand new tires! I will definitely be referring my family and friends here 😀

  Fantastic and dependable service here. Christian made the entire process quick and simple, while Devin fixed my tire without any problems. Definitely recommend this place - great people here!

  I just want to say the team is super awesome and knowledgeable They were quick with diagnosing my car, letting me know all the options I had just did a super amazing job with getting me in and out in a timely matter. Kudos to you guys great work and great customer service.

  My wife and I had visited New Smyrna Beach for the day when our brakes began making a bad grinding sound. We drove back to Deland that evening and I saw there was a Mavis Tire and Brake next to our hotel. Promptly at 8:00 the next morning I visited their shop and spoke to David and Skip. I was hoping they were able to take a look at it because we were about to start our trip back to SC They both said sure they would look at it and about 90 min. Later they called and found the issue to be a stuck emergency brake on the right rear tire. They were able to release it. I picked up the vehicle a few minutes later and as I pulled out my credit card they said there was no charge…they wouldn’t even let me spring for lunch for the shop. Service with a smile and the customer in mind goes a long way when giving them a 5 star !

  I would not recommend Mavis tires to anyone. At first they put the wrong tires on my truck. They put car tires instead of truck tires. The load rating is different. The tires also no good in rain and they say all seasons but they have no traction in rain. I had Continental tires on the truck before I went to Mavis and I never had this problem. Very poor customer service. Stay away from tire kingdom and Mavis in DeLand and orange city Florida. They don't have knowledgeable employees.
