Also, my car was in the computer as another person all together. I gave her my information when I made the appointment. The gentleman at the front desk was very confused as I. He was very nice and helpful in changing the information and took very good care of me and my car. Just a suggestion- maybe you should change who answers the phone and makes appointments for your customers. Thank you Cynthia
