Skip confirmed my tire side through the phone and I was impressed to hear him say, “take your time, drive carefully, we will be open till 8:00 pm.” The money I arrived he stepped out and said, “are you the one I spoke too?”. He quickly took care of us and we were back on the road going home. Excellent job Skip!!

He was very helpful in regards to answering my questions on which tire would give me a better ride and he recommended that I replace my tires with the same size that I have now which are 275 60R 20, He told me that the Michelin Defender LTX Is a more expensive tire however it would give me the ride that I was looking for. Needless to say his recommendation was right on point and I did purchase them, but I want to say I really appreciate him for treating me like family and looking out for my wallet at the end of the day. Honesty is hard to find these days, not sure if management will see this but you guys have earned my business moving forward.
