  I brought my vehicle in for a hood and front fender repair/replacement. While it was there, I received a call asking for authorization to replace my windshield. I declined. When I picked up my vehicle, my windshield was cracked. From there, the issues continued. A creaking noise began that was not present before the repair. I have multiple recordings of this noise. My driver door panel was not secured properly, the door lock connectors were not connected, and the washer nozzles were loose and would barely spray. I went through my own insurance to replace the windshield and had another technician correct the door concerns. To their credit, the collision center did take my vehicle back multiple times and provided me a vehicle to address the issues. However, I was repeatedly told they could not duplicate the creaking noise, despite it occurring consistently, including the entire drive home after pickup. Now my EPC warning light has come on and my steering wheel is off-center, which raises additional concerns. I understand that repairs can be complex. However, returning a vehicle in worse condition than it arrived is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.

  Gerber was fast with the estimate. This helped with the insurance payout. They took care of everything.

  This company is only capable of body repairs, they are not reliable for front-end repairs. I even brought my vehicle back to give them a chance to fix what wasn't the first time. Gerber dismissed me, the insurance company said the vehicle should have never been released by Gerber in this condition. Now the dealership is repairing the $6,000+ of damage that Gerber didn't. They released my vehicle with no regard for the safety of me and my family. If you value your safety I would recommend you stay away from Gerber.
