They had it done by the end of the month as promised. Color match is perfect! They even detailed my truck inside and out for me b4 i picked it up! I'm honestly impressed with the professionalism and efficiency this place displayed. I'm in the customer service/home service industry so I'm a stickler when it comes to that, so if I leave a review(without being asked) then it was earned! Thank you!

I was in an accident in Jan2025, that I was not at fault for, so the driver's insurance was paying and recommended Gerber Collision. I did a little research and decided what the heck. Boy, was I impressed with the all process. I was scheduled in within 48 hours of being contacted by Geiko. When I dropped my car off at Gerber, my rental was there waiting. I was told my car would be ready in 7 days (it was ready in 6). They had to repaint the passenger side and buff out a few scuff. I came to pick it up, Gerber handled the rental return. I reviewed the work and I left. Easy peasy. Car looked great, like new. About 45 days after getting my car back, I noticed that there were some cosmetic parts that were not put back correctly causing them to not be flush like the driver's side. I kept forgetting to call Gerber to tell them. Then, in June 2025, while I was washing my car, I noticed a very small paint drip on the passenger's side. I immediately emailed Gerber. I was called back within 24 hours and asked to bring in the car. I was so scared that I was going to have to get nasty, due to it being so long passed the date of work. I showed up for my appointment with the manager Heidi and again she "wow'ed" me with her superb customer service. She did not question me or argue, just went straight "let's get this fixed." She attempted to do this same day, but needed to order the cosmetic parts. Since I waited so long they warped and she wanted to ensure that they fit properly. I picked up my car today. While she was sent the wrong part for one fix, the rest looked great. She told me to come back, no appointment needed and she would replace the part. I am in the customer service field, so I am hyper critical of others when I am the customer. Heidi and her team at Gerber went way over the top with providing stellar customer service. I HIGHLY recommend Gerber Collision and if needed, will use them again in the future. Keep up the good guys! You Rock!
