I even brought my vehicle back to give them a chance to fix what wasn't the first time. Gerber dismissed me, the insurance company said the vehicle should have never been released by Gerber in this condition. Now the dealership is repairing the $6,000+ of damage that Gerber didn't. They released my vehicle with no regard for the safety of me and my family. If you value your safety I would recommend you stay away from Gerber.

Second time I got hit buy a truck and my car was never fixed properly and it’s to late to let anyone know my under carriage is still bent but not fixed. Someone told me it down the road it was bent. And little ms. I forgot your name told my insurance company that the reason my gear shift wasn’t staying in place was because my gear shifted was falling out, swear would it of killed you to even take the shifter apart. Cause I was told by my insurance I would be out of pocket for any charge to even put it on a machine I would be out of pocket . Thanks lady for that part to cause if you would have opened it guess what you would have found a bent piece of plastic underneath that was making my gear shift not want to stay in park. Since I removed it myself I have no idea where to find that plastic piece just it was bent to hell and back when I toke it out. I had no problem out my car not one problem since they fixed it the first time . I get hit by a passive truck and my car hasn’t been right since. But hey I can’t do nothing it’s been a year. And your person told my insurance company false information I think it was her gear shift failing out. That’s lazy it took me two seconds to undo my gear shifter . So why is my frame still bent ? Don’t tell an insurance agent nothing you ain’t sure of you screwed me big time so thanks . It was a lady with really short hair. That told my insurance agent misleading information which then they never would help to figure out why my car wouldn’t go into park correctly to give me my key. So now I got a bent frame and that plastic grey piece I toke out to get my car into park. But I’m not the professional so no idea where to get another piece. Which again screwed me . Guess lesson learned the hard way look under your car to check for a bent frame or not. Like first time above and beyond helping and went the extra mile second time worst experience of my life. Like I brought the car back and the lady wasn’t even in my car two seconds and making some thought not even trying to take a look but through a picture she toke.

They had it done by the end of the month as promised. Color match is perfect! They even detailed my truck inside and out for me b4 i picked it up! I'm honestly impressed with the professionalism and efficiency this place displayed. I'm in the customer service/home service industry so I'm a stickler when it comes to that, so if I leave a review(without being asked) then it was earned! Thank you!
