    Site never has cars ready when they are reserved. Always a wait for things to be cleaned, sometimes up to an hour after the reservation time. Over the last 6 months it has been nothing but phones ringing off the hook, people ignoring the phone, angry customers in the waiting room, staff talking about people. I have been super patient but today was the last straw. I canceled my reservation for probably the 12th time this year.

    The car we got was a piece of garbage. After a week with it I was driving around while it was raining and water started pouring in through the windshield. I called to see about getting another car, but they were closed and apparently don’t work that have rentals through their insurance. Thank you for making me feel like a double victim, as if having someone hit your car wasn’t bad enough. I called to try to speak with their insurance department that deals with customers renting through their insurance and was told they would call me back. Never got that call. Absolutely terrible service!
