- SASele AvNov 27, 20251.0I made a purchase at the (international) store asked them for the rear break pads with all parts including the hardware kit. (International) only gave me the break pads. I was not made aware until the next day when they were trying to replace them. I had to go back to the store the next day to (Spring Garden auto-zone) to return the part because the other store was closed due to it being thanksgiving. When I returned the parts the person who attended me was the Store Manager she proceeded my return but for some reason I had an issue with my PIN for my return (it worked perfectly at O’Reillys ) I ask to purchase the correct set with the full hardware kit. She gave me just pads with only the clips, I asked her if it doesn’t come with the springs? Store Manager said I can reuse them.. crazy because I was told it was not recommended to reuse them because it will wear out the new pads or break even worse. Only only did I have to make two different trips wasting my time and money at auto-zone but to see me come back again and not even make en effort to ask why I was returning the product again is very disappointing. Store manager needs a whole new attitude or go somewhere else because I will never come back to that store or auto-zone

I've have no memory of how many times have been in AutoZone and found what I needed sometimes in an emergency getting a battery for my car.
