  I would not go there it did damage to my suv and they are not willing to fix it i will not be going back there ever again. It ripped off my light bar. Chipped my windshield and scratched my paint on the b pillar. They will not be fixing the damage on my suv, denied the claim. Will be filling a claim with bbb on Monday morning.

  I canceled my membership since it apparently doesn't matter if you pay monthly or not. They will make you sit there and wait to let you through regardless. What is even the point of two entrances to the car wash if I can't get through? Dude with the red beard would not let me go through because he was busy chatting with someone. Just turn the key, let me go, and finish your conversation. I'm switching to the one over by Chil fil A, instead.

  Do NOT take your vehicle to Take 5 car wash!!!!! That carwash broke my mirror and dented my car. Scratched it all up and didn’t even clean it . Never going back again do not waste your money.

  So I was denied a car Wash today because they said my topper was too tall for the machine. But clearly I'm 2 inches from the bottom of the sign.The guy tells me if anything breaks in the car wash. That is going to be my fault. Like how are you automatically gonna tell somebody if they break something in the car wash that y'all provide a car wash for they're gonna get in trouble and they're gonna have to pay for what breaks inside the car wash. When the sign clearly says anything under this is okay to go in. I have a factory level truck with a topper.
