Overall for the price the service is good. I gave it 3 out of 5 stars because of inconsistency. One experience is never the same as the one before. Some of the folks turn the brushes off because I have a kayak rack on the roof and some do not. There has never been any issues before but honestly, if there is no brush then there is not actually anything being cleaned. If I go into a shower and just put the soap on my body without a rag or loofah then rinse it off then I'm not actually getting clean, and neither is my car. Some times I will go through and there will be a full body experience where you can small the soap through the seams of the doors, the windshield and sunroof look like a whole galaxy. Other times, you can't smell a thing and it's a thin layer of soap being dispensed. All in all, my husband pays for the monthly subscription, for both of our vehicles, which is a very good price for the clean that it gives. So we will continue to go.
