Ashley, Mark, Johnnie, Kevin all took great care of me and squeezed me in on a Saturday with no appointment and shaking vehicle with 1000 miles to go until my next destination. They are honest and loyal. Just for proof…. There was nothing actually wrong with my vehicle just something not properly plugged in. They didn’t charge me a dime and sent me on my way with nothing but smiles and well wishes! They treated me like family with the utmost southern hospitality a girl could ask for.

Had an oil change 10-29-25, had a large oil spill on my carport floor 5 days later. Called to ask if they could check and they got me right in. Note that my son’s family noticed oil spillage on their driveway 10-22-25 after my visit. My 9 year old Journey has plastic for the oil system and needed replacing. I thought I needed to go to Firestone, but Randall and the Express Oil business done a fantastic job and was reasonable on the price. I recommend them highly……. Thank you Randall!

Even better than my visits to the Destin and Santa Rosa locations. He was incredibly thorough while checking my car, and very clear about the recommendations for what I will need soon — no pressure, just honest and helpful guidance. On top of that, he was polite, kind, hospitable, and extremely knowledgeable. It’s rare to meet someone who truly goes above and beyond in customer service, but Mr. Johnnie B definitely did. Thank you for an exceptional experience!

I voiced a concern about a slight oil leak. Randall went above and beyond. He and the tech both spent extra time trying to locate the leak. He spoke in language that was easy to understand. Advised me to try a dye for a few miles and to return so he could more easily locate the leak. Walked me through each process they were doing. Washed my windshield and verified all lights and horn are in working order. That location is out of the way for me but I will return for all future maintenance needs. It is truly hard to find honest quality work these days so a huge shout of thank you to these guys.
