  They will let you make reservations for vehicles they do not have on the lot and upon arrival tell you that you need to go to a different location. Third time was the last. Staff is rude, undertrained, and unprofessional.

  DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU MORE THAT THEY’RE SUPPOSED TO. I returned the car like 12 hours before I was supposed to. I paid like $370 for the rental car, $300 of deposit and $111 of the insurance they told me just in case something happened to the car, that’s around $780 for 4 days I used the car, from Wednesday through Saturday. And they didn’t even refund me the $550 they told me when I called, they only refunded $425 and they’re saying they have to look at the cameras to see when I returned the car. How long it takes to see the cameras, a whole week? The lady at the phone was rude, interrupted me multiple times while I was simply trying to understand the charges. At one point, she even called me rude for asking questions. Poor customer service, if she gives me a callback saying in a nice way that they already started working on my case, I wouldn’t be upset. The worst first experience with this company, never again

  I had to call the police on them because I rented the car and they showed me a certain card but when I got to the place, they wanted to give me another car when I asked for the money back the girl extremely rude at the front desk she said OK I’m not gonna rent your car then at that point I asked for the money back so I could go rent a car somewhere else and she said they would take two days meanwhile, I couldn’t go anywhere because I had no car never again with enterprise be careful. These guys are a scam.

  Very horrible experience dealing with the manager of this location, Mishka is both a rude and offensive person to deal with, the pickup was 50 minutes late and when I arrived at the office and asked why, she dismissed me and basically said that was too bad, my wife had an appointment in Palm Beach and had to pay $100.00 Uber to get there on time. Mishka’s attitude was like not my problem and too bad, well, I honoured the rental agreement and when I returned the car I thankfully dealt with Alec who is a true gentleman, he’s the guy that should be managing that office and not some disgruntled disaster of a person. Won’t be taking my business back there anymore.

  I had a great experience renting a car from this place! The vehicle was spotless inside and out—it honestly looked and felt brand new. You can tell they take pride in keeping their cars clean and well-maintained. The whole process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I’d definitely rent from here again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a clean, reliable car!
