Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. I brought my vehicle in for new tires (which I purchased from them) and new wheels, and I was told they perform road force balancing. Based on that promise, I agreed to the work and spent over $2,000 for the complete job. When I went back to pick up my car, I was told they “did the best they could” and that they actually don’t do road force balancing at all. My car was shaking badly right after, so I took it to another shop for a proper road force balance. That shop confirmed that two of the brand-new tires Tire Kingdom sold me were defective, and they also pointed out nicks and scratches on two of my new $300 wheels—damage that clearly happened during the install. When I returned to Tire Kingdom to address all of this, they seemed completely indifferent, told me to “come back tomorrow,” and acted like they didn’t even remember promising the road force balance. No apology, no accountability, nothing. After this experience, I can honestly say this location is misleading, careless, and unprofessional. I feel scammed out of my money, and I’ll never go back. Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere that stands behind their word and respects their customers.
