I called them multiple times on Friday an the manager said she will call me. I never heard from them again, I called on Monday morning letting them know about the suv and didn’t want to be on the side of the road with my two kids. The lady said she’ll find a suv and call me back. I haven’t heard from them again, so I’m riding around in a rental car with a maintenance light on and a tire issue. And I have another 7 days in this rental. After being in a bad accident with bodily injuries, who wants to go through this also? I just gave up on even trying to get help with the rental. I’ll rather just park the car and use uber instead of begging them to switch the suv out. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM YOU GUYS AGAIN!
