Went to pickup a midsize vehicle, she charged my card, accepted my insurance, then once complete, was provided an economy car. When we questioned if we would get a price accommodation, she immediately canceled our reservation and asked us to leave. I Asked for proof of the cancellation and refused to provide it to us. She said if we asked any other questions for proof of the cancelation, she would call the police on us. Have never dealt with anything like this in my life of a manager who treated a customer like this. Would not recommend,. STAY AWAY
