I asked him if he would help me pour the coolant into my car. He was humming and hoeing. So let me take this customer first, and then I’ll be right out waited 10 minutes he kept taking more and more customers. If you don’t wanna help, just say so I’ll pull into a gas station and they can help me or I could even YouTube it. For a place that price themselves on installing wiper blades and testing your battery and installing your battery this is poor Customer service and I will not be coming to this auto parts store again.

He broke a bunch of stuff in the car because he didn’t know how to loosen the screws?? And then eventually asked my husband to do it. When I went inside to figure out what was broken and how it was going to get replaced he walked to the back and nobody would help us. He was also on FaceTime with headphones in the entire time he was “helping” us. Insane experience, don’t ever go here for any services unless you want to end up worse off, I actually don’t know how someone so clueless was hired at a place like this

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
