  6 ⭐ I went into the store to purchase a replacement blinker bulb for my vehicle. I expected to simply buy the bulb and install it myself at home. Instead, Andrew S took customer service to another level. He first verified that I had the correct bulb, and after I purchased it, he actually helped disassemble the housing and install the new bulb right there. That level of service was well above my expectations. Andrew represents exactly what great customer service should look like, both for this store and for the brand.   Andrew was absolutely AMAZING! I could not figure out how to put my wipers on and he did it in two seconds! So so nice and helpful!!

  Being brown, black, green, orange, pink or whatever color, does not mean one is going to steal... I came in at around 2:00pm on Friday, February 20th. It took me a bit to decide what I was going to purchase, and they immediately start watching and making comments among eachother about people stealing, making it very clear they were thinking I was probably going to steal... Next time, I'm going to pull out my phone and start recording this type of harassment and upload it to social media.

  Went there at 8:40 and they weren’t open yet, grey headed and beer bellied employee was out front smoking, he said they didn’t open for 20 more min, cool, no problem, went to 7/11 then came back at 9:08, door was locked, all three employees were chatting and laughing as I and another customer stood at the door. They all three looked at us more than once, I finally left and went to oreillys at 9:13, serious lack of customer appreciation and definitely lack of concern or consideration of customers needs or times

  My visit to this location didn’t start out very well. I came in to get my check engine light diagnostic but when I was next in line a representative by Eric said it was going to be awhile because he had to “clear the line” before he could assist me while proceeding to help the person behind me. Mind you there’s was only one other person in line and multiple other workers. Thankfully a few moments later the kind worker Romeo didn’t hesitate to assist me and quickly got the diagnostic done. Thank you very much and KUDOS ROMEO for your professionalism and outstanding customer service skills.
