  Technician called before arriving, was respectful of my property and very well mannered. The work he did was great and I was very satisfied. He explained things thoroughly and answered my questions. I won't use any other company. Safelite was fantastic.

  1st , Technician who did the work was excellent!! But 4 appointments later ! 1st one was my fault , pet emergency had to change my 1st appointment, 2nd appointment they called me and said the windshield they ordered had a scratch in it , passenger side eye level, asked if I was OK with that , NO. 3rd appointment I show up after taking off work early for them to tell me they had the wrong windshield. 4th appointment they finally did the work , after 2weeks of run around with giant crack through middle of my windshield and having to leave work early 3 days . Tech was great again but would not use them again.

  I had an outstanding service experience at this location. Here is the story: My windshield had several chips from road debris and I wanted an OEM replacement. I initially went to a well-regarded locally owned auto glass place and they refused to work with insurance. They told me I had to pay cash and submit the claim myself. Fine, I said. The quote they came back with was almost $3k. I noped right out of there. So I caved and took the car where my insurance recommended, which was Safelite. I told the lady at the desk my story and said that I wanted to pay the difference to get the OEM glass if I could. They had the Lexus glass there, they didn’t need to special order anything. When the car was ready in 2 hours, I went to pay and she told me that they were able to get the insurance company to cover the OEM at no cost to me. I greatly appreciate that she took the extra time to make that happen. I’ve had that new glass in for a couple of months now and haven’t had any problems with it at all. All of the sensors work the way they’re supposed to. Thank you!

  Awful customer communication ability. I needed to contact Safelite to change the improper address loaded to the location. The telephone options would not allow contact with a human. The online chat would not allow the communication to be relayed for the technician to go to the proper address. AI is a block to human to human communication. I was forced to cancel the appointment and resubmit another order to the proper location. This resulted in a two day delay instead of simply communicating with Safelite the proper address and keeping the original date that was convenient to me. The technician did an excellent job and I am happy with the windshield. Just so disappointed with their lack of customer communication ability so buyer beware of Safelite.

  Dropped my Subaru off yesterday morning, I forgot about my epass sticker, went back inside and the lady told me that they will try to get it off but a lot of times it just doesn't work so just go ahead and order one and I got home told my wife she ordered one and when I went to pick the car up they they have that thing back on there and better shape than I actually put it on when it was new this place is above and beyond be lucky if you're insurance company sends you here is all I can say Love it Great service prompt called with every detail to let you know when it was done what's going on absolutely made me feel comfortable and I appreciate them very much five stars I'd give them 10 if it was available
