  Never a long line, nice staff, all equipment works and works well. If you like a clean vehicle, this is the place in the area.

  It's a good car wash I use it frequently the only downside is that they don't have free use of towels and spray products like glass cleaner like some of the other car washes do for the same price

  I have been a member of this car wash for over a year. I have a new Mercedes Benz. And after 3 weeks I go to the car wash and this happens. I immediately grabbed an attendant and they took pictures and filed a report. They said within a few days Dakota the manager would call me. He did not. I had to call corporate and the following day Dakota called me and stated they have an image of one side having small paint chips. Which is interesting considering I bought the car new and have pictures showing the car in pristine condition - the cop out so they don't have to pay to get it patched floors me. What's also interesting is that the paint was peeled in places on BOTH sides of the car. But of course they take zero responsibility. It is a shame to see that loyalty means nothing. I wasn't some brand new customer. I've been a loyal monthly subscriber for over a year that attended only that location. Dakota assured me he would take that information back to his corporate manager to see what they could do and sure enough zero communication. I've not had one return phone call. It absolutely amazes me that they would not honor the loyalty a customer had with them for over a year, and also that they would be so flippant about their car wash ripping the paint off a Mercedes and not caring. I work close by and recommended this car wash to all my employees. Well, now it will be the complete opposite of making sure my employees take their business elsewhere. I expect to receive a return phone call with a solution.
