  I cannot say enough good things about this experience. It sucks to be hit and have to deal with repairs, but they made it seem less ! Got me a rental car that fit our needs, took care of everything, checked in frequently on the status of our car, were polite and went above and beyond. Really grateful for their care. Lisa at the front desk is a doll and goes above and beyond in customer service. Hope to not have to use them again, but i will be recommending them to everyone from now on! They also noticed that I had little kid handprints on the side of my car from sunscreen that I hadn’t been able to get off for a year, and took the time to polish them off for me just because. Absolutely incredible service.

  We are absolutely thrilled with the service provided by Gerber Collision in Daytona. They went above and beyond to ensure that our truck was repaired after an accident. The entire right side was destroyed and it looks brand new! The quality of the workmanship is absolutely unbelievable. In addition, Joe and the crew kept us updated with regular phone calls and text updates on the progress of the repairs. Not once did we have to call them wondering about the progress. It's so hard to find a repair shop that's any good anymore. We just can't believe how fast and how perfectly the repair was completed. Great job, everyone at Gerber Collison Daytona! We can't thank you enough!

  Do not go anywhere else! I can’t even describe how wonderful this place is and how amazing the employees are. I had a mild oops and messed up the corner bumper of my brand new car hitting a pole while parking! I brought it in right away. They were so sweet. They took my car to the back and had it out and fixed in 10 minutes! They didn’t charge me either. I didn’t think companies like this existed anymore.

  I just had my Subaru WRX in after an accident and the people here are first class. I love the constant updates and overall communication. The work was done before the expected completion date and was done perfectly. You can never tell it was in an accident. Highly recommend and thanks Gerber!
