  I needed to bring my BMW 330i in for scheduled maintenance and the experience was seamless. I was able to make an appointment for the next day, and upon arrival was greeted immediately. I met with my Service Representative, Brandon, and he was fantastic. While my car was out of warranty, I did have an extended warranty in place and my scheduled maintenance was covered 100%. I dropped off the vehicle and they turned my car around within a few hours. I waited briefly in the lounge, which always provides lovely cafe services, and was checked out quickly and my freshly washed car was presented promptly. . I have used this dealership for 5 years and they always exceed my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend their sales and service departments.

  So I was looking for a checkmark to my bucket list as I reached out to Angel Roman, the sales representative at Fields BMW of Daytona. I being a strict vegetarian leaning vegan, made discovery that BMW had in 2024 forward on certain models came out with Veganza, surpassing their previous plant based replacement of leather that now had the technology to include the steering wheel previously made of leather for safety purposes. The rest of the Auto industry is also considering plant based replacing leather due to less CO2, overall better for mother earth and sustainability of looking better in the long run as to leather. So why not go for something that I can gravitate to? I eventually was wanting a 2026 model that had extra mileage on it for depreciation and Angel started his difficult search. He was diligent, professional, and great with follow through. He is and Fields is unlike my previous earlier experiences of dealing with the car salesman. They are on the ball and final negotiation of price and add-ons I felt was more than fair. I wasn’t concerned about how difficult I made it for Angel because this was about me, my bucket list and getting exactly what I wanted. Previously due to having two young daughters and my wife and in-laws I always got the big family car so everyone would have a seat in my SUV and it wasn’t just about me. I commend Angel for the great work the great attitude and if someone’s looking for that bucket this car or a great car not yet bucket list, I highly recommend Angel Roman. He gets five stars for his diligence and great attitude and I’m sure he’ll be able to do the same for you as well

  This place sets the standard so high as far as dealerships go, that most others don't even try. As far as amenities go I think having a chef custom.Cook your food while you're waiting for your car to be fixed and then a free car wash afterwards is probably something you don't see at most dealerships , and they've been doing it since two thousand and twelve , the service department , this isn't a review about the service department

  Unorganized and terrible service, they do not get back to you on the phone and they won’t mail you your license plate. My temporary one is expired and they won’t send another one and the DMV keeps telling me to get a license plate from them instead. The warranty they sell is also a scam

  I always have a great experience with Fields BMW of Daytona. Every time I bring my car in for service, the team takes the time to clearly explain what will be done and provide an accurate estimate for how long the appointment will take. The staff is consistently, professional, courteous, and truly goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Whether you’re there for a routine service or purchasing a new vehicle, they make the entire process, smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them!
