Brought it to the attention of the team here and they did everything they could to make it right at no additional cost. Turns out another customer had negligently opened their door into my car and neglected to tell anyone. Everything from the moment I dropped the car off both times, to picking it back up, communication, transparency, estimates, and work quality was fantastic.
