  I cannot say enough good things about this experience. It sucks to be hit and have to deal with repairs, but they made it seem less ! Got me a rental car that fit our needs, took care of everything, checked in frequently on the status of our car, were polite and went above and beyond. Really grateful for their care. Lisa at the front desk is a doll and goes above and beyond in customer service. Hope to not have to use them again, but i will be recommending them to everyone from now on! They also noticed that I had little kid handprints on the side of my car from sunscreen that I hadn’t been able to get off for a year, and took the time to polish them off for me just because. Absolutely incredible service.

  These guys not only schedule my appt around my schedule, I showed up a couple minutes late, they had me picked up by my rental service already had my rental ready to go and had my truck finished same day. Waited 30 mins after closing to give me my truck. AND THEN washed my truck inside and out. Then to put the cherry on top cleared my tire pressure warning and topped off all my tires with the right psi. What else could I have asked for. All you guys complaining I don’t know who you dealt with but Shawn, Joe and the lady at the front desk I am so sorry I can’t remember your name but all of you guys were 10/10 I will for sure be back !!!

  They also service as an enterprise rent a truck. Left my girlfreind stranded there instead of giving her the ride home that she was entitled to by enterprise
