  I cannot say enough good things about this experience. It sucks to be hit and have to deal with repairs, but they made it seem less ! Got me a rental car that fit our needs, took care of everything, checked in frequently on the status of our car, were polite and went above and beyond. Really grateful for their care. Lisa at the front desk is a doll and goes above and beyond in customer service. Hope to not have to use them again, but i will be recommending them to everyone from now on! They also noticed that I had little kid handprints on the side of my car from sunscreen that I hadn’t been able to get off for a year, and took the time to polish them off for me just because. Absolutely incredible service.

  These guys not only schedule my appt around my schedule, I showed up a couple minutes late, they had me picked up by my rental service already had my rental ready to go and had my truck finished same day. Waited 30 mins after closing to give me my truck. AND THEN washed my truck inside and out. Then to put the cherry on top cleared my tire pressure warning and topped off all my tires with the right psi. What else could I have asked for. All you guys complaining I don’t know who you dealt with but Shawn, Joe and the lady at the front desk I am so sorry I can’t remember your name but all of you guys were 10/10 I will for sure be back !!!

  Cannot recommend Gerber Collision & Glass enough. Lisa, and all the staff there were so professional and courteous, keeping me updated every step of the way. Their repair(s) processes exceeded my expectations. Thank you again Gerber for all you do! :)

  !do not book through their website! I recently booked an appointment online for an estimate. I turned up at the selected time to be told the estimator was at lunch and because i booked online it did not come through to their system. If this is a know issue why would you not check the system periodically as the lady was able to pull my details up after i told her where i booked the app. i also asked when i called the day i booked the appointment how far out the repairs were as this is important to me which i was told they couldnt give me this info until they had seen my car which is understandable. The lady when i went in today said it would be the end of Jan 2022. all in all poor customer service, poor communication and a distinct lack of car. if you are aware of a bad system and you have to check....check it! i took time out of my day driving there and now i back to starting from scratch. gerber probably do not need my business but i feel future customers need to know the above info.

  Don't trust these people. I transported a vehicle from one of there locations to another, and they never paid me. Every time I call to get a status on my payment, they won't let me talk to the employee that booked the order with me (Courtney). I keep having to talk to Mckayla, she gives me all kinds of excuses why Courtney can't come to the phone. At one point, she thought I was on hold, and was saying things about me that I really don't appreciate. Don't give these people your money.
