The charger disconnected itself for no reason twice, but still charged me and ALSO charged me $110 as an authorization hold ($55 twice) for NOT EVEN CHARGING. Never again. There are many better charging stations very close by. Customer service was the worst. No help and rude.
- WRWilliam RyderNov 3, 20245.0Easy in, easy out! Located in the vast Volusia Mall parking lot. Installing the app was easy, using it a breeze. There are currently two cars here including mine, as I write this. With speeds up to 100W on CCS and CHAdeMO, non-Tesla vehicles can swoop in and out quickly. The rates are above average, but worth it considering the convenience. 5of5 stars!
