Talked to Adam and actually I started yelling at him and I will admit I was horrible. But Adam did keep his calm and was never unprofessional. I did go back in and apologize for my behavior and explained once again I did not smoke in that van and we came to an agreement. Again Adam I apologize and enterprise he is an asset to your company

We had worked with Kayla on multiple occasions and always felt confident returning because of the service we received. As the pickup date approached, we were reassured that an XL SUV was confirmed and that everything was set. Unfortunately, on the day of pickup we were told that while a vehicle was available, it was not the XL (extended cab) SUV we had reserved and been guaranteed. To make matters worse, the vehicle they offered needed an oil change and would require a few hours before it could even be ready. This was extremely disappointing—especially during Thanksgiving week when timing and space were both crucial. In the end, we were given a Honda Odyssey, and although we made the best of it, it was not the vehicle we planned for or needed. This experience completely undermined our trust. Because of this, my family will no longer recommend or use Enterprise. They dropped the ball at every critical point and turned what should have been the start of a joyful family trip into unnecessary stress and frustration.
