I sat in the office, with many others, just waiting. They tried to be slick and attempted to put me in a old car, a downgrade, without my permission. Waited 24 hours for a car. They do not have enough cars, their employees are trained to be deceitful and non-communicative. It doesnt have to be that hard to rent a car.

- NJNicky JNov 10, 20251.0Every other enterprise in town is amazing, but this location just doesn’t seem to care, as a customer with their highest level of enterprise plus and somebody who rents cars every month and keeps them for 30 days each time I’d expect to be able to get a better rental rate. Especially when everytime I come to this location it’s always a car with high miles and super basic no leather seats. I’ll return and take my business to hertz, at least their rates are way lower cars are newer and even the deposit is cheaper.
